How much does TruthHire cost?
Our placement fee is $1,500 total. You pay $500 to begin the search (refundable until you confirm a hire), and $1,000 once you select a candidate and we set up onboarding. No surprise fees. No commission scaling with salary. Most US/UK/AU agencies charge 15-25% of first-year salary, which for a $50,000 role would be $7,500-$12,500. Our flat fee is the same regardless of role.
Where do your candidates come from?
We source full-time remote talent from the Philippines and Latin America. Every candidate is pre-screened through our 4-pillar vetting process — mindset, commitment, work ethics, then skills. We do not send you 50 resumes to sort through. You get 3 to 5 candidates we have personally interviewed and would hire ourselves.
How long does it take to make a hire?
Most placements take 14 to 28 days from kickoff call to first day. Simple roles (VA, customer support, social media) often land in under 14 days. Senior or specialized roles may take up to 4 weeks. We update you every 5 to 7 days so you always know where things stand.
What if the hire doesn't work out?
Every placement comes with a 90-day same-role replacement guarantee. If the candidate quits or you need to let them go for any reason that is our fault — within 90 days of their first day — we will find a replacement for the same role at no additional cost. The replacement search starts within 5 business days of you notifying us. No refunds, but no repeat fees either.
